Our office is committed to providing high-quality service which includes respecting our patients’ time by being punctual and giving each patient personalized attention by not over booking patients. In return, we ask our patients to be on time for their appointments and should there be a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, to kindly provide our office with at least two working-days’ notice so we may accommodate other patients in need of an appointment.

We also respectfully request that patients place their mobile devices on silent mode once in the operatories. This will ensure that our dental team will provide you with timely service in a serene environment.

As mentioned, at our practice, we take pride in providing our patients with excellent care in a safe and beautiful environment.  But wait, our commitment does not end there.  We also make every effort to assist our patients in maximizing their insurance benefits.  However, please understand that your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and your dental insurance provider.  As a curtesy to our patients, our office will process your dental claims and help you maximize your benefits.  Your copayments are due at the time of your service.

Lastly, at each visit, minor children must be accompanied by an adult with authority to consent to necessary treatment.
