In return, we ask our patients to be on time for their appointments and should there be a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, to kindly provide our office with at least two working-days’ notice so we may accommodate other patients in need of an appointment.

We also make every effort to assist our patients in maximizing their insurance benefits. However, please understand that your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and your dental insurance provider. As a curtesy to our patients, our office will process your dental claims and help you maximize your benefits. Your copayments are due at the time of your service.
Lastly, at each visit, minor children must be accompanied by an adult with authority to consent to necessary treatment.
